I sadly do not have time for these surveys. Tech is being overused, and frankly becoming annoying.
This is the only time, I'll respond. If something goes contrary, I will call and sort it out with a human being. Have liked every dealing I've had with the people I've spoken to. They are all helpful, courteous and professional.
Now to management, please remove my name from any future surveys, I think these surveys are a terrible use of your customers' time. Why? Because if the folks who answer the phones do not have mangers on site to supervise them, that is a management failure. So, if you want to pawn your managers' responsibility off on me to do their job for them, I'll be happy to send my invoice for my time & services, which is $200 an hour.
