It seems the sweet spot with your products for me is 2x a week- collagen and cinnamon roll ( according to my holistic Dr. ) they worked to take me off auto ship as I don’t go through it as fast.

I have been using The Essential Growth Hair Serum for 7 weeks now. Love this product! My hair is definitely more hydrated. I dye my hair to cover grey and use a flat iron or curling iron tool. So lots of damage to my hair. I had a few balding spots and they have definitely improved with hair growth. I use this all over my hair and scalp twice a week.

I am impressed with the Collagen Nutraboost Gumies. My finger nails are noticeably strong and healthier and I bleieve that my overall skill is loooking better and healing better when I get scratches and small injuries.
