I had an issue with the product I purchased where it was starting to chip. It was chipping at the base where the charger plugs in. I sent an email to the company but unfortunately never heard back. finally reaching the right person through help with my doctor, Ms Larson could not have been more helpful! Thank you! She immediately within days I had a new replacement in hands. If you have trouble getting a response, don’t give up…they truly care to give you the best care and service possible. Highly recommend the product too!
