I have had my new Eargo Neo's for six days now. Fortunately, I've been in many situations since inserting them. We had a family party (14 people), a private dinner party (6 people) and several one on ones with neighbors and friends. Only my wife knows I have new hearing devices. I cannot begin to describe the confidence I have gained in these few short days of use. No longer do I have to read lips and hope that I got all the words right in responding. I was worried that the batteries would last all day - NOT A PROBLEM. They make 16 hours just fine. Money very well spent.

I recently bought these hearing aids and I am very pleased with them. They are very comfortable, small, and work well. The fact that I never need to change batteries is a huge plus. The charger and accessories that comes with these is compact and well packaged. After I had these for about 10 days, I discovered on their web page that they offered a discount to veterans-I am one and when I asked if I could still take advantage of that, they said "sure, we will refund you 10%" and they did that as soon as I verified that I was a veteran. Nice. So far, I would say that this was a good purchase for me and has helped my hearing. I would recommend them to anyone that needs hearing aids. I've had two phone appointments with my audiologist (Renee) of Eargo and she was quite professional and knows her stuff. Support is excellent. Eargo's web page is extremely helpful and thorough. I ordered Eargo & loved the product, but unfortunately my ear canals were to small & couldn’t wear. Support staff kept working with me & helping & coaching me along the way. In the end I had to return them. Great product & they stand behind it.
