After a recommendation from a friend I purchased my dr pen from the uk site. Unfortunately it had an an intermittent fault and didn’t work all the time 😂 dr pen uk were not helpful and wouldn’t change it 🤷‍♀️ So I prevailed and ordered one a replacement one from the Us site… turned up supper quick and it works brilliantly 🙌
