I saw this on the today show and I ordered it that very same day. It turns out you were so backed up with orders due to weather conditions, etc. you automatically expected me to buy more caplets when I did not receive the device to use yet. Or to write a review if I never had the chance to try it I did not want to be on any type of automatic refill. I give Customer Service 5 star for emailing immediately.
