Daybreak

I was honestly skeptical that this would work. I didn’t want to get a big bulky CPAP machine. The prices to get a daybreak device was pretty easy, instructions and assistance are available the whole way. After a month I saw my apnea events go from 215 a night before to just 12. My number of oxygen desaturation events went from 178 to 10 and none of those 10 were under 90% saturation. I think the device is easy to wear and is comfortable. I can sleep on my side, back or any which way without having anything get in the way.
