I love shopping at Credo because I know that anything I find there has already been vetted against rigorous standards for the ingredients, sustainability and cruelty-free nature of the products. I also like that the employees are more concerned with helping you discover what is right for you and explaining something interesting about the product than making a sale. I will continue to be a loyal and happy customer. The Silver Lake store in particular is my go-to with extra space to browse and welcoming staff.

I wandered into Credo and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible staff at their Williamsburg location! They provided multiple options for what I was looking for and even gave me a small free sample of a hair product to see if I like it before buying. They also have unparalleled ingredient standards for all their products. Wonderful team and company!

I have switched from Bluemercury to Credo and I am much happier with the brands and prices. Sales help in Portland is so helpful and fun!
