I really like to wake up and put some snail mucin on my freshly washed skin. It's incredible soothing and provides great hydration to my skin. After the product is absorbed you may continue with the rest of your normal routine. I would follow with a humectant cream to seal the mucin. I was dealing with a damaged skin barrier thanks to retinol but this is really helping me pamper my skin. Remember to be kind with your skin. A pump goes a long way so this bottle is great value for your money.
