Fortunately I got out of my aircast/boot sooner than expected so I didn't use my cast cover. I contacted customer service for my return authorization. What a pleasurable experience. They really care about their customers and like to make them happy. I recommend this company to anyone who has the misfortune to need their products.

My questions were expertly answered by customer service, the product was fantastic and performed as promised, and the delivery and communication were fantastic.
