My experience has been entirely negative. I shopped in CDN and was billed in USD. Shipping was charged on each item in a single order. There was no tracking provided. After a full 3-weeks had passed, Amazon, without any notice, dropped parts of the order at my doorstep on different days. Packaging was very dog-eared. Part of my order was never shipped in the course of over a month. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. After sending a couple of follow-up requests for information I finally received a response that included the phrase "Your email did get buried in my inbox....". I did not receive any assistance from customer service and had to rely on PayPal for refund of an item that was never shipped. I would return the product if possible and am very dissatisfied to have paid for this item. There's a few cheery emails in my inbox that only leave me feeling deceived and ripped-off. The value of the product is far out-weighed by the lack of transparency, ethics and professionalism. The whole process gives the sensation of a run-of-the-mill cash-grab.
