I found out about Sugar Shift from Dr. William Davis, as I am following his program. I’ve been making Sugar Shift into a yogurt for myself (I love it!)… but the big story is my hubby. I finally got him to start taking supplements maybe 6 months ago. Then a couple months ago, I begin sneaking Sugar Shift Capsules in there, 2 per day; he did not know. Over the past 2 months, he has lost over 10 pounds! First he said, his pants were too loose. He was really excited. He lost weight without trying at all, no change in diet.
