Great experience with Beekman. Customer Service response time continues to be great and now seems even speedief. It appears Beekman is using AI as its agent. LOL. I didn't even realize it right away, but I have no problems letting Claire AI respond to my queries and/or concerns. There appears to be a shorter lag time in sorting out whatever I contacted Beekman for or about.
