I have had no contact with CS. I did purchase this product thru a game app and the facilitator Tapjoy. They did not reward me for this purchase, which is pretty normal for them. Unfortunately, as I’ve had this happen several times, I do not repurchase thru Tapjoy if I’m not rewarded
