Very easy to use, comfortable, very maneuvable, easy to take apart and put back together. Our salesperson Jessica, was knowledgeable and helpful with our situation and needs. Excellent quality and workmanship with good instruction booklet. Heaviest piece seems heavier than 36 lbs since it is bulky to pick up--insurmountable problem.
