Lovely customer service reps and fast, efficient process from ordering to delivery. Worn extensions for over 10 years, and additional lengths, specifically RC nanos, are my absolute ride or die now- gutted I didnt find them sooner!

Ordered 4 pks ,it came next day , i had ordered 2 packs 8& 613 & 2 packs of another blonde , it wasnt the right colour, so took it back to the shop , & they had no problem changing it . I had it fitted & cut in today by my hairdresser
