The handles are well-placed for a secure grip, and the material is strong yet comfortable. It has greatly reduced strain on my back and gives both of us more confidence during transfers. Lift operated perfectly. Was much needed. This unit is not cheap but I believe it was well worth the added cost.

the Lift is a back saver

When I received it, the metal tubing was so strong/thick. And the welds were done unbelievable well. This chair is so strong and comfortable. It rolled on its wheels with a 193lb person effortlessly. It lifted and declined so smoothly it was very comfortable and not scary for the person seated. It works excellent for what it was designed to do. And it simply folds and easily lifts into a trunk of a car.

Very sturdy-easy to operate-runs smoothly-folding is super easy-well worth the cost!
