Age 66 and Better than Ever
I've been working out with Coach B. over two years now. I was physically and mentally in poor shape when we started. I've lost and kept off 25 pounds and over 12 inches from bust, waist, and hips. More than that, I am gaining stamina, strength, and flexibility though I had challenges that made it slow going like thyroid disease, frozen shoulders, mild scoliosis, and being a full time caregiver to my spouse with dementia. The exercise program she tailored for me has allowed my whole body to strengthen and unwind. I have a hard time with motivation and the Zoom format with my coach is reinforcing personal discipline and a positive outlook that extends far beyond the workout.
