I bought 2 Colostrum cones. My teen and I are each taking the colostrum 1st thing in the morning, 30 min before breakfast. It’s easy, yummy, easy on the stomach, and hopefully with consistency will heal our leaky guts caused by COVID. We don’t absorb vitamins properly due to our leaky guts and human colostrum just makes sense to try. Our nails are noticeably growing faster, I’m sure our hair is too but it’s been 3 weeks so far.

Kroma has so many Hero products! I have my favorites, but the whole line up of Wellness products are excellent! My experience with Kroma has been very good! I really thought I was going to starve during this cleanse; however, I was surprised how I never felt hungry! The five days went by very fast and I felt so much lighter and healthier after. I am using this cleanse as a springboard for weight loss. I definitely plan on doing it again in another 6 months to help me reach my goals!
