Been using the cap for three months now along with the shampoo and hair vitamins. The texture of my hair has improved and it feels a little thicker also. I purchased the 312 MD laser cap and use it once a day for 5 minutes. Some caps take 30 minutes, but I am glad got one that doesn’t take that long. I bought the cap and battery in March of 2021. I used it for two years and i had many comments on how my hair was thickening. Now after a year of not using the cap my hair is thinning out again. I am about to start using it again as suggested. I found out that it really did work.

A great way to regrow hair without ingesting supplements or using gimmick topical solutions. The ease of use is tremendous and convenient as well. I found it best to pick a consistent time of day to wear the cap every other day and stick with it, so you don't need to worry about forgetting a session. For me it is during lunch break when I know I won't be up and running around. The regrowth was visible and my wife started seeing the results long before I did.

After several years of use my cap stopped working. Allsion from customer service helped me troubleshoot, suggested a replacement battery pack and because of some logistical/timing issue she was able to get me a free battery pack replacement which solved my problem. THANKS!
