I have dealt with many companies in the past but Kiierr went above and beyond to get this cap to me. Highly recommend this product. I have been using a number of Kiierr products for several of years including a cap to promote hair growth. I have been very pleased with the results to date and have been especially pleased with Kiierr’s prompt to any and all questions I have regarding product use.

Had an issue with the battery. Problem was diagnosed quickly and a new battery was sent right away!

After using the red light cap for a couple of years and loving that, I also used the DHT blocking shampoo and conditioner and have recently tried their new hair dye shampoo. It’s been great so far! I find it much better than constantly dying my roots and it’s a more natural and subtle look that the skunk line I used to have. Kiierr has great customer service and I’m super happy with all the products I’ve tried! The photo is 5 weeks of grow out which usually is a silver line down my part.

The Power Bank for my Kiierr Laser Cap failed after 2 months. I contacted the Company by e-mail and was immediately provided troubleshooting instructions. With no success the Company is shipping me a new Power Bank. . . . . . All this accomplished in same day. Thank you Steven (Service Manager). . . . . . . .
