I actually haven't purchased anything from your website. I have randomly looked at different sites for different types of cbd but I would've remembered if I ordered anything to know how much I would enjoy your site. Sorry

Back orders happen

I really enjoy your products and service but over the holidays when your running short of product you have to let me know that my order is on back order so I know it’s going to be awhile before I receive it,other than that everything is good 😊

Need more products

Your customer service is good but your product selection is terrible. You just stopped carrying the best CBD product out there-GreenPower, and your other selections are out of stock all the time

Was good now they don't respond

Apparently they only had expired products I give my dog. I asked about getting it anyways or a refund. They never responded. I put in another order with something else & nothing. Within a month I had to get a new card & enailed them of this. 2 weeks later they said they were going to refund 1 of my 2 orders (totally over $250) to my ORIGINAL card. I have tried calling but they don't answer, I don't get responses to my emails but they sent me a review for their services. I would like a FULL refund to my updated info (which I would be happy to give them) so I can look elsewhere for the biggest dose needed cbd products for my pup. I'm really disappointed & hope they can fix this so I can give a better review

You’re normally on track. Not this time. I placed order 000014344 on 1/16/21 and still hasn’t been shipped. I need this very soon. Why hasn’t it shipped? Tomorrow is February 1. Can you speed this up please?
