I've always been skeptical of the supplements industry, but was given a discount code to try the sticks. And wow, I'm impressed - they actually work exactly as advertised. The calm sticks are now a part of my bedtime routine (they give you that post-massage feel where you're relaxed but not drowsy), and I took the focus sticks to work to help mitigate post-lunch slump. On taste, the blackberry flavor is a little sweet for my liking (only bc I prefer really bitter stuff like black coffee), but rest of them are great, esp the blood orange flavor. Will definitely be re-ordering.
