Honestly, I haven’t needed customer service. I only got in touch with them to see if you needed a testimonial! We were early adopters and got it at a reduced price, and we’ve praised it to others. We have some hesitation about your new price point, but have used it many times with great results.

Tivic's Clear Up is amazing! I have had horrible allergies and sinus issues all of my life. This device has helped open up my sinuses making it easier to smell and breathe. You do have to follow directions and use consistently. I use mine 4 times a day. I have even recommended it to my sister.
