I have been using Billie razors since high school, and I have never had to switch up! They are always on time when shipped and the razors have been the same great quality since I first started using them back in 2016 :)

The products I receive regularly, blades and the buff bar are always great. The auto shop feature means I never run out.

I recently had a problem with a product. Reported it to the customer service department and they took care of it immediately. Refreshing experience.

My daughter and I were unhappy with the razors and Billie offered to send another set on them for us to try. And on top of it not being AI real customer service representative reached out. Rear these days.
