It works great !

Great product with exceptional customer service. Extremely comfortable device that is very well made. Unfortunately, I’m a heavy mouth breather and apparently move my jaw a lot during sleep. This oftentimes made my lower teeth slip out of the lower tray and I’d start to snore again. My plan is to continue to work with customer service and see if their heavy duty model might work for me. Thanks for all the help, ZQuiet!

After the #1 didn’t change my snore # on Snore Lab, I moved to #2. I was concerned because I have a very shallow gag reflex. The first day I used it every few hours for 10 min or so to get used to it. I popped it in the first night and it was fine. My snore number is so much lower. I’m sharing a room with my daughter on a 9 day trip to Spain and I did not want my loud snoring to keep her up. Zquiet is amazing. I’m not worried about going to sleep now and bothering anyone with tremendous snoring.

When I use the ZQuiet I wake up well rested …. And so does my partner. I did have to do a little trimming to make it fit MY mouth better. It’s easy to use and to keep clean and you don’t have a device attached to you getting in the way of turning during the night.

My wife loves it. She says that she can sleep. Ow I am not snoring.
