The white Borneo is my fave. It’s light but gives me mental clarity. I’ve had multiple head traumas and much pain tho still quite young. This makes me function but still feel like myself but better I suppose. I’ve recently purchased the red Borneo as well. It washes away worries and pain. I appreciate it for a bad night or day. Overall the white is the go to for me, balanced. For my dosage on each of these, I tend to do 1/3 to 2/3 of dose recommendation. I absorb things quickly and my weight is quite low due to food/autoimmune disorders. It’s good to start low as I did the opposite a couple of times, which was a bit uncomfortable. The service is excellent. My order is always shipped quickly and discreetly. Even when there was a hurricane it arrived in a timely manner.
