Core enhanced my meditation practice
Core has added amazing dimensions to meditation for me! The vibration (particularly the guided breathing pulses) helps me to remain centered during my meditation practice. It keeps me focused on my breath and the present moment instead of allowing my mind to wander. It motivates me to meditate often.
There are a nice variety of guided and unguided meditations from which to choose. Depending on my mood and my needs, I can choose a focus for guided meditation, silence or a soothing soundscape.
Prior to acquiring CORE, I had tried meditation classes and the Headspace and Calm app meditations. I was unsuccessful at training my mind to stay in the present moment and frustrated by my meditation practice. It was something I did infrequently and I did not enjoy it at all. I then abandoned meditation altogether until I found CORE. With the guidance of CORE’s pulses, I found it easy and satisfying to be able to work meditation into my daily routine. I started with brief meditation sessions with CORE and quickly moved to longer sessions.
Now I consistently meditate for 30 minutes per day.
I suffer from depression and I have been able to cope better with my illness since meditating daily with CORE. I feel I have become calmer and more focused as a result of meditation. I feel like the company is responsive to CORE users like myself. Soon after I asked for additional guided meditations, these were introduced to the library. Using CORE has been a positive experience all around!
