Hi, been using Keeps hair loss strategies for 4 years and it's helping. It's adds some hairs over time in the non-male-pattern loss baldness areas. I believe it also help retain what I have and thickens them. I will NOT stop the treatments. I believe that the harder you massage the meds, i prefer the gel over the foam, the BETTER!
