Easy way to monitor heart health
I'm only in my early to mid-30s but have a bad family history on both sides when it comes to heart disease, so after reading some reviews I picked this up to start keeping tabs on my blood pressure. I also plan on using it to track changes over time as a result of my fitness regimen. \n\nThe device is pretty easy to use. Setup is simple, you just give it your wireless network info and that's pretty much it. The cuff is easy to apply by yourself and the measurement cycle is relatively quick and not too uncomfortable. It's handy that it's all one device - no separate cuff and monitor/battery case. Automatic logging to the Withings app and Apple Health works well. I do like that it gives you a quick readout of your numbers before logging them to the cloud and then shutting down, plus the green/yellow/red light to tell you if your blood pressure is okay or cause for concern. \n\nHaven't compared it to any medical equipment in a doctor's office but the readings seem pretty in line with where my blood pressure usually sits, so I'll say it's accurate enough.
