This is my second order of this product so clearly I think it helps. It was recommended by my orthopedist. However, your ordering process is torture. To begin with I ordered a small not a medium as you sent me to review, which is what my account order shows so hopefully the right size arrives. But more fundamentally, as I said, everything from creating a new account to the ordering was torture. I recommended your product to a friend and she gave up trying to order. I think your product is too good to be undermined by an inferior technical process on your website. (This is the second time I had to write this incidentally!)
