I ordered my first brief period underwear, period cup and steam cleaner and was excited to try it all out. I received my period underwear and had accidentally had them thrown in the dryer(big no no as it can ruin the padding absorbency). I reached out to them on email and explained my situation and they happily are sending me a courtesy free fresh pair so I can experience what briefs are like undamaged! They are amazing! I love the cup so far and look forward to trying their briefs!

I'm a young adult never given birth, and my first experience with a period cup was the Diva Cup in size 1. I dreaded getting my period because that meant I had to hassle with my period cup for the next 4-5 days. . . It was so hard to get it to open and seal properly, and when I did do it - talk about uncomfortable. . . So eventually I gave up on it and threw it away, and kept using tampons. Until I read a study on the most famous tampon brands and all the toxic ingredients that they use, and how bad it is for you etc. . . I started shopping around for period cups again, so overwhelmed by the amount of options, brands, sizes, prices, etc. I honestly went with Saalt because I had a Target gift card and they sold Saalt cups there! I figured why not, right? Best choice ever!!! I started with the small size first, and it actually worked perfect for me during the lighter days (like, the very beginning and the very end of my period) but on the heavier days it leaked no matter what I did. . . So I contacted their customer service about it and they sent me a size regular replacement, told me to keep the small one as well and I was soo happy to find that their regular size is PERFECT! Even though it's bigger than the small size, I have no problems getting it to open up and seal, it's so quick that honestly I am no longer worried when I get my period because I know that Saalt has my back. These cups don't leak, are comfortable and soft but firm (I haven't tried their Soft version tho), they don't hold onto odors as much as the Diva Cup, and it holds quite a lot of liquid so that you can wear it worry-free for 12hrs! Another thing to give them credit for is their excellent and top-tier customer service - they're prompt and truly care about you as a Saalt customer. Not even 6 months later after getting my replacement, my cat stole my cup in its bag from the bathroom counter, and she bit it all over leaving tiny bites/holes on my cup. I refused to just throw it away, and I used it for 2 more cycles before I realized I couldn't sanitize those bite marks 100% so I contacted them again with high hopes but no expectations. They did tell me they only do free replacements for orders within 90 days, but that they totally understood my specific case. . . And they sent me a replacement immediately!! I'm so so happy with their quality, variety of products, their mission as a company, and the overall care that they put into it. I will forever use them for my period needs!!

I’ve been a customer of Saalt for a while and recently ordered two of their new mesh bralettes. One of these I received in the incorrect size. When following the return process, I noticed it was going to charge me to return the item, with no mention of reimbursement. So, instead, I message customer service explaining the situation, stating I shouldn’t be held responsible for the return shipping cost since it wasn’t a mistake on my end. I was delighted when I received a quick response back saying I wouldn’t be charged for the return shipping and the correct item would be shipped to me at no additional cost, and with a free package of wipes! Needless to say, I will be remaining a faithful Saalt customer.

I recently started using salt discs (also called salt pads) in my water softener, and the improvement has been noticeable. Compared to regular loose salt, these discs are extremely convenient and create less mess during handling and storage. You simply place the disc into the softener tank no scooping or pouring required

I’ve been using a Saalt cup for years now and genuinely tell so many friends how great they are. I recently had to contact customer service, and they were beyond helpful and SO kind. I will never go back to single use period care
