I’m not sure what gift you’re referring to? The hair is great however the last two times I’ve gone to order you’re out of specific colors that are basic colors and it doesn’t say when they’re gonna be back in stock and that’s a big problem when you have somebody that currently has extensions that needs new hair! You’re currently out of black and there’s no timeline as to when that’s gonna be back. You also don’t have the heat tools and haven’t had them in months. That’s another huge problem overall the Haire I’m very pleased with, but I’m not happy with the fact that ordering is becoming an issue and if this doesn’t get resolved, I’m going to have to find another company. I have hair that I need now that I can’t get from You and consistency is key! I also had major issues with your person that does the certification in the classes, I did everything and there was no issues with anything other than the left that they wanted redone. I redid them on a live person and then she refused to certify me because it wasn’t Hairlocs Haire and that’s just ridiculous! I’m 51 years old. I’ve done hair extensions for countless years. I’m not a fan of so ends, which is why I don’t do that many of them, but to deny somebody certification because it was done on a live client and not with the sample hair is absurd! There’s definitely some things that need to be tweaked out within your company, but at this point, my biggest concern is accessibility to hair!
