Simplified building had the materials we needed for a reasonable price, and delivered it expediently. They also followed up to make sure we received everything and were satisfied. We were happy with our purchase and the customer service.

We were missing the rail and contacted customer service. They shipped out the replacement rail right away. We will not be installing it for a few weeks but we are very satisfied with their service.
