Oneida Air Systems is great to deal with. I made a mistake in how I attached the rubber seal to the clear plastic top. I sent an email to them and they responded immediately. A new seal is on it's way to my home. This company knows what customer service is all about.

I recently purchased the dust air extractor and it' been a game changer in my shop. I no longer have to clean my vacuum filter weekly. What really sets them apart is their after-purchase customer service. They were responsive and very helpful with a problem I created.
