I have been along time customer. The 1st time I had an issue in over 18 years. Ms. Bracy listened to me and fixed the issue. She treated me like all companies should! I have a big V system 3 hp dust collection and 2 Dust Deputy's . I will be ordering my ductwork from them also Great company to work with. keep up the great products and people.

Air flow is great. Finally put a 3 HP Leeson Motor with a 12" impeller to use with the Super Dust Deputy. Initially this filter seems to work well with my setup. My collection drum below the cyclone has some super fine dust in the bottom, so its definitely an upgrade from my previous single stage setup that I rolled around for the last 15 years. The filter is situated horizontally for now and its probably intended to drop down, but I just wanted it up and out of the way for now.
