Thank you so much to Tile Giant Durham for fantastic customer service, ordering in the tiles I’d chosen as they were out of stock. The tiles are fab. Also special thanks to Paul and Jess for excellent help and for swapping my grout as I changed my mind on colour once the tiles were on the wall - twice! Still a work in progress but I’m sure it will be fab. I’ll post an updated picture when finished.

Tracey and her Team in the Maidstone branch are such a wonderful approachable and helpful. They were helpful right from showing us around the store, to how to select and purchase tiles and the follow up calls to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Really is stand out customer service and so well appreciated, it cost them nothing to be so lovely and it has gone such a long way. Thank you Tracey and Team.
