Raptor®

I still love them. Honest and true. I’ve had my first two pairs break on me due to wear and tear, my third lost in the field and last two were given as ceremonial welcome gifts to two of my best students. As a NYC Medic, emergency disaster responder and team leader and instructor- these things never leave my side. An absolute must when doing what we do best.

The Rapter Rescue is an awesome tool for EMS and hospital work (or even around camp). Well made with solid materials like everything Leatherman makes. I don't use it every minute But it's so handy when I do and even more fun...everyone looks jealously at it...

This is my second pair of Raptor shears. I had a German made pair in my kit and the first Raptors in the Jeep. The German made pair finally got retired after a couple decades of regular (ab) use. The Raptors fit in the kit better and should last as long or longer than my old shears I have several Leatherman products and they serve me well.

Great quality and sturdy construction. Has worked very well on light tasks in urgent care. Not yet fully tested but I expect it to perform well.

I now have 5 pair of Raptor Rescue shears, that's how much I like them!
