Deck Expressions

I couldn't figure out where to post my review so here it is. ----- I hired another company that said they knew how to build the 10' screen i wanted for my deck. On day 1. In the evening, after 4 hours, they said they were finished so i paid them. The next day i saw all the errors, problems, etc. They came out 2 more times but couldn't/didn't fix the problems and abruptly left, leaving a terrible mess and unfinished screens. I was so sad and frustrated because they wouldn't answer my calls or texts, was skeptical and afraid to hire another company but I finally did and we set a day and time for them to come out. It took longer for them to remove all the former work than it did to do it right. When it was done 2 hrs later it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. What was even better I really liked how they treated me. This company recognizes the people who are doing the hiring and will work with them to get things done so they can be proud of their work and the owner is happy with the result. I'm done looking elsewhere for the remaining work to finish my house remodel. I will hire only AMAYA/BAYSIDE for the remaining remodel work I have left. They provide quality work and are respectful - two ideas that seem missing in many contractors. .

My purchase and followup call with Deck Expressions was very good. I needed info on a new transformer and they were spot on. Will be back for more purchases.

Deck expressions has been great to deal with and will be making another order shortly. As an installer their attention to my requests for engineering data on commercial jobs and prompt ordering and response to communication is key to making me successful.

Outstanding Quality

Was initially sent what I did not order. Called Deck Expressions and immediately they got to the bottom of issue. A couple of emails later and a short waiting period, my order was corrected, sent and recieved. .
