Idk Y, but it took me 3 attempts to locate a replacement strap on the website. Its been just over a year since I ordered the straps w track. My 1st attempt I could only find dual strap. 2nd time, I still couldnt locate what I wanted and was going to call but it was a Saturday. 3rd time, I found what I wanted. Had tpurchase different color other than yellow ( not a big deal- just notable). My strap arrived a few days later. Shipping cost a bit hi but thats what their vendor charges.
