She forwarded many appropriate choices online and fedexed actual samples which allowed us to choose the best vinyl plank click install which met our style, color and technical criteria. Justine was so helpful, professional and followed through on every aspect of the transaction, including the truck shipment to New York City without any issues. The flooring does not disappoint, it is just as great as it was online. As having it in person, my rap Nelson was excellent spent. Many hours with me going over product sending me samples and at the end helped me decide the best flooring that was for me. He was both knowledgeable and very easy to work with great suggestions on moving forward with the flooring. I was very happy to have work with him.
