We haven't placed an order yet but are about to and are very satisfied with the customer service we received. We originally ordered a few free samples of Marcello and when we weren't really happy with our first choice, Yas worked with us to find alternatives and sent two additional shipments of free samples to help us find something in our budget. Overall the products seem to be priced competitively for the quality and have a better wear layer than many products from other vendors.

Ordered sample as it was a thicker better version from what I can get locally. When compared to other samples I have, this is the one I will order for new house build.
