Our project was small, replacing less than 30' of wood railings with cable. But the support was great. Patient, thorough, professional, courteous. A small angle guide was inadvertently omitted from our delivery--CB expedited shupment of the item at no cost to us. We will be doing another stretch of rail come Spring. CB is superior to the system my original contractor put in, and the CB team is superb.

There were no mistakes with the material list provided, & fulfillment of order, we had all necessary components to install correctly.
