Incredible Customer Service.

I needed to replace a bracket for a lift up cabinet door. I couldn't see any numbers on it. They immediately identified the part from my photo and I received it without any difficulties.

Generally good experience, however when I discovered that one of the slides I ordered was the incorrect length and I needed just one more replacement, the shipping cost was almost as much as the price of the slide. I eventually located a local distributor that had one of the right size, and was told a price over the phone which lined up with the MSRP on the website. When I arrived at the distributor to buy the part, it turned out that the quoted price was only available if I bought a box of 5 sets. If I wanted only one set I had to basically pay more than double the price, so they effectively built in the shipping cost and then some. I bought it so I could complete the project quickly, but this felt like gouging by the distributor, since I'm pretty sure they didn't just buy 1 and have it shipped to them, since they had multiples in stock. The only difference on the single set is it comes in a plastic bag.
