To begin with in the website it was easy for me to find everything I needed, every time I shopped. For me though, all the difference is in shipping. From other US shops things take 3-4 weeks until they’re delivered is Switzerland (unless you want to pay a small fortune). With a very fair shipping price my orders have been delivered within 3-4 days. No issues with packaging, customs, whatsoever. Other than that I have two small issues. A really minor one is the password which I have to get through email every single time, but in the end of the day it’s a minor inconvenience. What I find annoying though is that I can’t see my previous orders. So unless I keep track of what I’ve bought there’s no easy way for me to order it again. Yes I use the wishlists but it’s still a bad experience, at least for me, not seeing what I bought in the past.
