Once ordered, I received multiple communications/emails letting me know the status ... as well as ... being able to check status online. I would definitely consider SOHOMOD when I'm looking to purchase more furniture.

Very happy with my experience with SohoMod. Sales person was exceptional, and I would give her a 10/10, one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. My order took place over a few weeks, with several phone calls, and she was on top of all the details, very impressed. Plus my sectional was $300 cheaper than in local store and I got free delivery and assembly.
