Quality range and speedy delivery!

Small issue with an item that was ordered. I emailed and was responded to very quickly, a replacement item sent ASAP via Express Post and a return shipping label provided for the other item to go back. Designstuff were very obliging and speedy to rectify the problem. A really well run customer service team.
