We purchased a Luma Hybrid Sleep System last month. Wow - it is like sleeping on a cloud! The mattress and cover were delivered on time as promised. The pillows were back ordered but the customer service department has been very responsive to our email inquiries.

This is the most awesome mattress we have ever had!!! The service was awesome...it was delivered when we were told...and it is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!! 😁 We have purchased several mattresses that we have been very unhappy with...this one was awesome from the very first time we laid on it!!! It was highly recommended to us by a friend...and it did not disappoint!!! I was hesitant to buy a mattress online, because we have tried so many in stores (and also previous purchases), that were extremely uncomfortable...but with Luma’s comfort warranty, we thought we would give it a try. We purchased the all latex mattress with the plush topper as the customer service person suggested. Both my husband and I have had back and neck surgeries and are in constant pain. This was the sleep system that he thought was best for our bodies...he was absolutely correct!!! We couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you Luma, for your excellent product!!! 😊

So, I have to admit I was so reluctant to place this order. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and we wanted to get away from the traditional spring mattress. The Luma ad came up on my YouTube page and I watched it all the way through. I made the purchase with some buyers remorse since I had never slept on a Luma mattress or seen one for myself. I received the pillows first, and the first night I felt my head was on a pillow in the heavens. I had never laid my head on something so soft and form fitting. We were excited for our mattress to comes; my husband has a really bad back and if the pillows were this amazing we could imagine what the mattress was. LET ME SAY, the mattress is everything. We opted for the firm system and we were not disappointed. For the first time in months, my husband was able to get out of bed without back pain or knee pain. This was the best blind investment I have ever made. I don't know how Luma did it! Thank you

We've had many different toppers over the years – latex, memory foam, etc – but the Sweet Dreams Hybrid topper puts them all to shame.
