I actually ordered this flavour by mistake (I don't like grapefruit) but I like it. I have used it twice so far - in the last hour of a long open water swim, and the last hour of a triathlon. On both occasions I definitely benefitted from a boost from the caffeine (and I had used other non-caffeine Voom bars as my other nutrition).
