have you tried all the other protein shake powder that is like drinking sand that been mixed in? This isnt like that be sure to give it a good blender verry creamy rich thick shake that goes down a treat no lumps no clumping even if left overnight. Tip: use a nutribullet not traditoonal big blender. Reason is this will expand and foam up when blended.
