I must say first the customer service is phenomenal. When I had thought I had accidentally damaged my machine, customer service had a video chat with me to inspect it to ensure it was still fine. Second, there are quite often sales where the syrup is less expensive than retail. The option for cylinder exchange is very simple and great for people in remote areas. I did a cost analysis buying soft drink from the store vs using SodaStream, and Sodastream comes out ahead by a lot. I don't mean a slight price difference, I mean substantial. It's a win from me.

I absolutely love the SodaStream subscription service! Having the CO2 cylinders delivered right to my door is incredibly convenient, and it means I’m never without bubbles. It’s such a relief to not have to waste time checking local stores like Walmart or Canadian Tire to see if they have stock available. Highly recommended!

Wish I could get the Pink Grapefruit and caffeine-free diet Pepsi from the store, because they're SO good! But they arrived quickly after I ordered them. All we need now is Diet Tonic Water for my Gin - please??? New to our SodaStream and we use it daily. Best investment we made this year :-)

Ordering via soda stream has better prices than buying in the store. Delivery is quick. Great variety of products.
