I’m a semi-regular customer of Palouse, 5 or 6 purchases over the past few years. I’ve always been very satisfied with the product I order. This last order, the bad was not sown properly at the bottom and when I pulled it from the FedEx packaging, all the wheat berries fell out and scattered everywhere. I sent an email with photos of the torn bag and Palouse promptly sent me a replacement bag. Great customer service, great product!
