So far, so good. I am hoping my blood sugar is being controlled with this. I did choose the wrong flavor which was Amaretto Cappuccino. I love that flavor in coffee, ice cream, shakes etc. But mixed in water is not real good. This company has such a good service though. By allowing me to have 3 samples, I was able to know that I love the Psyllium Powder in those which are Mint, Strawberry and Berry. The first time I took it I was shocked at the sweetness. That is really not my desire. I wish there was just a mild sweetness. I have an Integrative Doctor who has actually told me to stay away from Stevia, so that makes me a little nervous. But all in all, I would really like to continue this product, in a different flavor, however.

Love all the great flavor options! I just tried the cotton candy and it’s far superior to the regular standard brand’s usual orange. Looking forward to trialing other flavors in the future, as well!
