This past Saturday I opened my 24 count package of rolls and it only had 23 rolls in it. I sent a message saying what had happened but also saying that we love the rolls so much that it couldn't ruin our day!! the customer service was wonderful they responded right away I just didn't check my email until I returned to work on Monday.
